  • How Ordering Works

    This order sheet is open to all employees, as well as their family and friends. Please note that minimum order quantities must be met per SKU (individual item), not across the total order, for any item to be processed.


    The order period will close on 1st July 2026. All orders will be finalised on this date, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once orders are placed on the 1st of July 2026.

     

    Payment & Refunds

    Payment will be processed immediately upon the individual placing an order and held as a deposit. In the event that the minimum order quantity for a specific SKU is not met, a full refund for that item will be issued within 10 working days from 1st July 2026.


    For product issues, any faulty items must be reported and returned within 10 days of receipt. Electrical items are subject to an extended return period of 4 months from the date of receipt.
